BSB Service LLC generates 6 billion tugrig sales annually and contributes 1 billion tugrig to the state budget every year. Our company got selected one of the TOP 100 Mongolian companies in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 and we consider this achievement to be the outcome of our amicable and creative staff.

Key to the achievement and success of any organization is the creative manpower and further creative team and staff is more valuable than development of technique and technology to the organization. For this reason BSB company pays more attention to our staff than any of the other resources.

The main factor employees get motivation toward creative working attitude is considered fair and transparent salary system. So that we implemented salary system that reflects the outcome of the work.
