Made 42 million tugrigs investment in Apartment Program and bought apartments for 5 employees. Signed in the contract to build a block with 16 apartments. Established Incomnet Company in August that operate in space communications VSAT networking activity.

Established BOC Mongolia Company with joint investment from Japanese Bunka Orient Corporation in order to acquire advanced knowledge and technology in world software supply industry, while strengthening the leading position in domestic market and expand to the world market. Approved providing employees with apartment program and made 40 million tugrigs investment with a result of 13 employee owning 1-2 bedroom apartments. Awarded The Best Manager of the Year award from Mongolian Association of Trade and Industry.

Participated and started implementing International Tender to provide Mongolian Exchange Banks with banking software cooperating with Australian FNS company. Selected the BEST 50 Businessman of the year for the third time.

Bought two premises on property privatization auction and opened ELBA Borjin Consumer Electronics store and Madonna Disco Bar. Became authorized reseller of Akira brand in Mongolia. Selected the BEST 50 Businessman of the year for the second time. Organized the first New Year dinner party “OUR CELEBRATION, YOUR CELEBRATION” for our regular customers and made this New Year dinner our tradition.

Bought three premises on property auction organized by the State Property Committee and opened ELBA Unur and ELBA Narlag Consumer Electronics stores and Ulaan Sarnai, Tsagaan Sarnai restaurants. Bought the premise where ELBA Furniture was paying rent. Awarded TRUSTED BUSINESSMAN award from Mongolian Association of Consumer Rights. Ranked at 17 on the BEST 50 Businessman award organized by the Government.

Became the authorized distributor of one of the World TOP 5 computer brand ACER in Mongolia. Started leading the domestic Consumer Electronics market.

In a college premise, opened the first Consumer Electronics product store called ELBA. Opened the ELBA Center store. Moved into the current office premise and our office now have its own building. Started importing office furniture. Opened another ELBA store on the first floor of the office building. By doing so, BSB Service company became equal to the biggest CE product selling Naran Trade, General Impex, and Alipha companies in terms of sales amount and store numbers. As the software supply business was weak, we announced to Mongolian Bank Association and other exchange banks that we decided to stop continuing the banking software project. Awarded ‘Reliable Businessman’ award by the Mongolian Association of Consumer Rights.

Made contract with Trade & Development Bank by supplying NYABO-2G system. Created NYABO-2G.1 system that connects local banks and branches through email network. Within the program, it became possible to transfer money and payment between local banks in a day automatically.
Started importing large quantity of CE products and do both retail and wholesale.
Created POS software system for retail sales and supplied it to retail stores, restaurants and other hospitality business organizations.

Created the second verse of accountancy system. Signed on the contract to create NYABO-2 system that allows additional functions of overseas payment for Trade & Development Bank. Started attempting IT and CE product wholesale. Started selling at Central Exchange, Agricultural Product Exchange and Erdenet Exchange. Became leading supplier in IT products market and got entitled authorized distributor of NewTech computers of Singaporean NTC Integration Pte Ltd.
Cooperated with Artur Anderson company in implementing project organized from Mongolian Finance Ministry to shift Mongolian finance and accountancy practices into international standard. Created a full set of corporate accountancy program.
Supplied “Children’s Clothing” Company with complete accountancy program and made a maintenance contract.
Signed in a contract with “Juulchin” Company and created tourist order and contract, account program and further cooperation of maintenance.
Created bank saving’s MONKH system and management information technology LATO and MERJ systems.
BSB Service Company was awarded reliable tax payer organization certificate from the first selection organized by the Mongolian Government and National Tax Office.

Created the first verse of banking software and signed the contract to supply the software to total 80 branches of 6 banks. Started importing computer, accompanying equipment/materials and started selling in the local market. Started putting newspaper advert on ‘Ardiin Erkh’ national newspaper and it was considerably new means of advertisement at the time and led further development of advertisement in Mongolia. Started supplying Shoulder program that calculate bank shares and gross profit.
